Firm's Fees
The criteria for determining lawyers' fees are set out in Article 11 of the National Internal Regulations and depend on:
- the client's financial situation,
- the complexity of the case,
- the expenses incurred by the lawyer,
- the lawyer's reputation,
- the efforts made.
